Welcome to Physical Education

My name is Coach Gaillard. I am a graduate of Tuskegee  University and I hold a B.S. Degree in Health, Physical Education. Physical education is an essential element in the educational preparation of our students. Individuals who are physically active and practice making healthy life choices are better prepared to meet personal health and physical fitness challenges throughout their lives. The activities planned for your child will challenge them both physically and mentally.
The goals and expectations for this year are that all students will participant in all activities, unless there is a valid doctor’s excuse.  The students are expected to wear tennis shoes and the correct clothing for Physical Education.
Each course in Physical Education will concentrate on developing and maintaining each student’s overall fitness.

These courses will include the following objectives:

 1. Optimal skill development in each activity
